Post 1: Explaining the meaning of Sustainable Development


The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), commonly referred to as the Global Goals, were approved by the United Nations in 2015 as a global call to action to eradicate poverty, safeguard the environment, and guarantee that by 2030 everyone can live in peace and prosperity 

The 17 SDGs understand that sustainable development must balance social, economic, and environmental sustainability and that actions in one area will have an impact on results in others,

Nations have agreed to give the least developed nations priority in their efforts to make progress.



lively community: The aim is to create a society where every person enjoys a happy and meaningful existence with a standard of living that guarantees a safe and healthy environment for families as well as world-class healthcare and education.


Booming economy: It creates possibilities for everyone by creating an educational system that meets market demands, gives young people of both sexes the skills they need for future employment, and creates economic prospects for both small businesses and established corporations.


Ambitious homeland: The ambitious homeland aims to implement efficiency and accountability principles at all levels in order to realize the vision, which includes establishing an efficient, responsible, and high-performing government that assures everyone's empowerment.


One of the most well-liked alternative energy sources is wind energy. It is primarily utilized in coastal areas with higher wind speeds. Wind energy is a very dependable source of energy because it is widely distributed in nature. As a result, using wind to generate energy has no negative environmental effects. As a result, it serves as a prime illustration of sustainable development.

  A local example of gender equality in the Arab world is an agreement between Aramco and Princess Noura University to establish a business center with an integrated female staff to provide services such as information technology. Post 4: Clarify the world progress on the chosen SDG

  Gender equality and women’s empowerment are considered as the most important objectives for the Sustainable Development, as well vital for the awareness and realization of the rights and potentials related to humankind. In order to highlight the progress towards systematic and effective gender mainstreaming and to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in activities, policies and .organizational practices, we are presenting examples about different contributions in this field One of the most important examples is establishing the international strategy for gender equality and women's empowerment (2021) by United Nations Office in Vienna (UNOV). This strategy obligates all employees to confront gender-based discrimination and harassment, confront them and investigate their unconscious bias, with the aim of promoting an organizational culture.
